The staff role sits at the intersection of architecture and execution — setting the bar for how ML ships and scales across the product.
What you'll do
- Set ML architecture direction across the clinical AI product line
- Lead production ML infrastructure and the dev experience for the team
- Drive cross-team technical decisions and mentor senior ICs
- Stay deeply hands-on with the codebase and models
What they're looking for
- Staff-level ML engineering experience with multiple production launches
- Strong systems and ML stack fundamentals (Python, PyTorch, infra)
- Demonstrated leverage on team or org technical direction
- Healthcare or other regulated-domain experience is a plus, not required
