Hi, I’m Pedro Garduno — founder of Solid Remote Jobs and RemoteDevelopersList.com. I built this because I see the same problems every remote dev and founder faces: Job boards flooded with spam, ghost jobs, hidden salaries, and recruiter noise. Endless scrolling through low-quality listings. Companies drowning in mismatched applications. So I created Solid Remote Jobs: a small, curated, hand-approved job board focused only on remote developer roles.

I believe job seekers deserve better than endless scrolling through spam, ghost jobs, and listings without salary information. That's why we require salary ranges on every posting and reject anything that doesn't meet the standards.
