ReadiFinancial is building AI-native operations tooling for the mortgage servicing industry. The product is in production with real users and real money moving through it — this is not a prototype or experiment. The team is looking for a senior full-stack contractor with shipped LLM application experience.
What you'll do
- Design and build LLM-backed workflows and agents in a production environment
- Own full-stack feature delivery across Next.js / Python / Postgres
- Work directly with the founding team on the highest-priority workstreams
- Maintain reliability and quality in a system that touches real financial operations
What they're looking for
- Senior full-stack engineering background
- Production LLM experience (OpenAI / Anthropic) — shipped, not just demos
- Strong TypeScript / Next.js and Python skills
- EST timezone overlap (North America-based preferred)
