What you'll do
- Ship voice agents and multi-agent orchestration end-to-end
- Build RAG pipelines and the evals harness that keep them honest
- Own full-stack feature delivery on the account intelligence surface
- Set engineering standards as the team scales beyond founding
What they're looking for
- Shipped production LLM systems — agents, RAG, evals (not just wrappers)
- Strong full-stack background
- Default to AI-first dev tooling (Claude Code, Cursor) in daily work
- US-based; LA or SF a plus but not required
